All RSP hose carriers are proportionally controlled by radio remote control. This enables very delicate working in the vicinity of supply cables. The swivel range with all designs is 180 degrees. All hose carriers are secured in the transport position.

The fully hydraulically controlled jointed hose carrier is available with reaches of 13.5′ and 20′. Both versions of the jointed hose carrier can be moved using four joints. The size of the chassis and the anticipated area of activity determine the length. Both designs are proportionally controlled using modern PLC electronics. The rear cross member is reinforced when this hose guide is fitted.

In the event of an emergency, the air stream is immediately cut off by the gate valve which is fitted to every RSP machine. Suction distances up to 50′  vertically and up to 165′ horizontally can be achieved with this equipment depending on the material.

The telescopic boom, which is flange mounted to the rear of the suction superstructure on the near side in the direction of travel, optionally has a range of 13.5′ or 20′. It can be moved hydraulically in three planes. The suction hose is redirected into the vertical by means of two steel wheels fitted to the end of the telescope. A safety catch secures the suction hose during operation.
